Robert has strong ties to Texas. After growing up in north Houston, he attended college at the University of Texas at Austin. From there, he received an MBA from Texas State University and finished his education by obtaining a JD from Southern Methodist University.
Nine years ago, Robert founded Newnam Land and began focusing on business and real estate litigation and transactions. Accordingly, he provides transactional and litigation representation to a wide variety of clients, including closely held businesses, real estate owners, property owners associations, real estate developers, and real estate brokers.
Among the services Robert provides his clients are reviewing and drafting contracts and various real estate documents, forming business entities, and advising on real estate and business-related issues. If the situation requires, Robert can litigate a wide variety of matters, including quiet title actions, boundary disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants, adverse possession claims, mechanic’s liens, contract disputes, temporary and permanent injunctions, and construction defects.
